Alright, well, it's been a while, hasn't it? Yes... since I lasted updated I've started college, I've been rejected, I became a cynical asshole, I've lost most any time I used to have. All in all, the school year's off to.. a start. Anyway, you may ask why I chose now of all times to update my dead site. Well, first, so Lyle(my Introduction to Studio teacher) has something new to look at, if he bothers to look at this section. Second, because today and last night were days of healing my sorrowful being. Third, Lil' Brandon deserves another update.
So what's this "days of healing" babble, you ask? Well, for those who don't know I've been distraught over many things lately. One being Keri and how she went from close friend to not recognizing my existance. Another being the growing cynicism in me, and my loathing of the world. My prejudice towards the "prep" of sorts had overgrown and I started replacing what intelligent thoguh I used to have with slams towards anyone bothering me and whatnot. I couldn't think like I used to.. . everything was either simplistic thinking or hate spewing from my every orifice. I knew Ihad to do something about this and I knew just who would be perfect to help me through this. Chalky, of course. Chalky, Amy, Ashley and I were supposed to go see One Hour Photo but Ashley was busy, so I went with Chalky and Amy to Ottawa and then to Amy's. We had some great conversations, as I knew we would. And I actually talked with Amy, more than the bubbly old "hi, how're you", that is. I do believe I shall talk to Amy more often at school now.
Whilst at Amy's abode I searched through Amy's computer and found her older borther's final animation project from Algonquin. I watched it atleast three times. It's amazing!
At 1:00 pm or so Amy had to leave for riding lessons, so we walked to the Aylmer mall and called Ashley to meet us in the food court. We talked for an hour or so then went out to the bus stop. When Chalks and I got to the Promenades we got ice-cream and talked of him becoming rich and maknig a completely goth mall. My sorbet was cheap-assed, and the cone was the best part, even better than the gummie bears I payed 45 cents extra for.
Anyway, I'm not sure why I went into many of those pointless detials, but to sum up, i'm feeling better, except for the knowledge that I have an essay to start tomorrow, due the day after. That's all for today.
